Washing machine not yet delivered

I ordered a washing machine on the 1st May 2025 online and i got a message on the 3 May that it will be delivered after 5 to 7 days and to date i havent received it and i was supposed to collect at east rand mall branch but when i acll they say they have not yet received it and i have to re arrange for transport time and again. The last time i called they said i will get it on monday the 19May 2025 but still nothing.
