Washing machine

My mom bought a washing machine in August 2019, on the 18 January the machine stopped working there is dirty water inside and it is not going down. She has been calling 21,23 and the 24th they say they never heard about the problem she spoke to the supervisor named by Jay. She wants a new machine or a refund.
