WARRANT ON GOODS PURCHASE AT HOUSE & HOME( SAMSUNG MICROWAVE )

My name is Ntombekay Marambana (Xozwa). I've bought a Samsung 32L Mirror Microwave @ House and Home +1 year ago. The microwave purchase came out with a two years guarantee on it for (repairs), Apart from a 10 year warrant on ceramic, that is inside of the oven failure or damage occurred. On Sept 2020, it stopped working as it was not switching on,(has no power). I've sent to the buyer, thereafter they forwarded to the suppliers(Samsung) for repairs. Two months down the line, I experienced the same problem again ( 26 Dec 2020) and brought it again to the buyer and subsequently did same procedure returned back to the suppliers. On the 15 January 2021, i went back to the store to check about the progress, if my microwave is came back from repairs. They responded, by saying SAMSUNG refused to fix and claimed it's because of ****roach infested. My point is, the microwave had same problem on Sept but they fixed it. My view point is that, in terms of the warrant, that exclusion was never bought to my attention and also in a dotted line, that i should sign and be aware that in case a microwave got damaged by ****roach it won't be repairs and mostly any household in South Africa has the same experience of ****roach no one has a control of it. Secondly, where is consistency here as at first, it was repaired, no mention of ****roaches. I had microwave before, this conventional microwave are weak and the supplier must do something about. Justice must be served, it term of Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, the core-values and mission is to promote a consistent legislative and enforcement framework relating to consumer transactions and agreement, (which in this regard the right to disclosure of that information in a plain and understandable language a was not visual presented to me. Moreover there are no documents that proves that to me on warning concerning fact and nature of risk such as ****roaches.
