Want my money back

Bought a TV 2 weeks ago. From day one this TV has been mulfunctioning. House N home don't want to refund and they said they have to send a technician. All I want to my money back, because what are the chances it won't mulfunctioning again after they fixed it The guy at the store told me that buying a TV is a gamble some work some mulfunction so basically they gamble with my MONEY
