Very very very bad customer service

<p>Hi. I would like a director of House and Home to get in contact wih me. I have a huge issue with House and Home. It seems that your staff can mess up as much as they want to and hold the cutomers liable for thier mistakes. Get in contact with me to resolve this issue. I will take the matter further if no contact is made.</p>
