Very very poor service

I purchased dining room suite, more than two weeks later a guy shows up at my door unexpected on a Saturday evening around 18H30 to make delivery. I was not home to take delivery, as nothing was communicated to me. The driver insisting I must come home or make a plan to get someone else to sign as he wants to deliver and return home. For the next two day (working days), I had to spend nearly 2 hours on the phone waiting and being transferred from one to the next. This has been my worst online shopping experience ever. Apart from the driver showing up at my house, I have not received communications or been able to talk to anyone who can actually tell me anything in 13 working days.
