Very Unhappy House & Home Customer

I bought couches a year ago at House & Home and already they are broken. I did query with customer services a month ago, I've been getting promises that they will be fixed but till to this day no one has done anything about this. I am so tired of this shop because this is not the first time I've had problems with House & Home. I just want the furniture to be fixed that's all but they are giving me the run around. I will never associate myself with House & Home ever again and I would never recommend anyone to buy anything from this shop as they do not care about their customers at all. I really thought they were selling high quality furniture but I was totally wrong.
