Very unfortunate after sales service. Very keen to help once you walk through the door, after that, it's a blame game between departments and the feedback extremely poor. Customer care takes forever to answer the phone, transfers you to a Supervisor that does not answer the phone, asks you to phone the store and the store says they are waiting for HO to respond. When you try to get hold of the sales agent you dealt with he is on lunch for 2 hours and just does not get back to you. Very upsetting.
