Very Rude Manager

I bought a dining room suite at House and Home in Welkom, the sales lady told me that I should pay for delivery so that they can help me to assemble the goods, they were supposed to deliver the following day, they didn't deliver and I had to organize someone to wait for them, I called and they delivered after 3 days, when delivering they just left the goods in the boxes and I asked about the assembly of the table they just left, I called and I was told they will come but they didn't I spoke to the manager (Yolanda) She told me that she was doing me a favor to assemble those things and she was very rude to me, she told me I can bring her stock back she doesn't care, I received an email asking me how was the service, I complained on it but nothing was done until now, the reason I paid for delivery was because I was promised to be helped with assembly, I could have taken them with my own car
