Very poor customer service and dishonest staff

Good day, I baught a bes from House and Home Roodepoort Constantia Kloof on Thursday 04/01/2024 and they commited on delivery 07/01/2024. I have not heard anything from them and I went to the shop again to ask about the delivery and they promised me that it would still get delivered, 1st they said at 14:00 and they never showed. I phoned them and they put me through to dispatch which never answered so I phoned back, the lady had a big attitude and put me through to the Manager which then told me that they would deliver by 14:45 and it NEVER happned. I phoned them again the same lady lady answered and dropped the call, it took me 20min to get hold of them again and she again put me through to the manager, he told me 15:31 that he will not leave his store untill they deliver.....which could hear he was just saying that as they close at 16:00. I will never again buy anything from them aa they take all their customers for rides. I would not recomend anyone to buy anything from them
