Very Horrible Service

Good Day,

I spoke to one of the accounts people from House and Home in Gateway regarding my accounts. I have been having an issue with this account for months and I have been making payments but she was very rude and even threatened to come to my work place. I am not sure if this is how you conduct business by giving people threats.
