Very disappointed in House & Home

Very, very disappointed in House & Home!

On 20/07/2020, I have purchased a carpet cleaner from House & Home online. After inquiring about the status of my order, I was sent documentation on 23/07 suggesting that the product was dispatched.

On 27/07, I started getting uncomfortable and contacted DSV Distribution Bloemfontein. Steven at DSV advised me that they had not collected the parcel yet and asked for information on what they should collect! 28/07 Steven told me that their driver went to collect the parcel, but the store had no stock!

WHY ON EARTH DO THEY SEND THE COURIER TO A STORE WHERE THE PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK and WHY DO THEY BRING ME UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT THE PRODUCT WAS DISPATCHED WHEN THAT IS NOT THE CASE! I need this product for business use so it really is VERY URGENT!
