Very bad service deli

Very bad service delivery from house and home Colonade.

I bought the lounge suite 0n 29th of march 2024 and I’ve paid cash invoice number114172, on the day of delivery 06 April. I’ve noticed the 2 seater couches were damaged I called the sales rep Charles Phetla and send him the pictures on the same day. Only after 3 weeks they’ve collected the damaged couch. It’s been full 4 weeks now I still don’t have my couch. Every time I call Charles he’s giving me endless excuses , and promise to call back still don’t call. The entity is very unprofessional and disrespectful. I will never set my foot ever again on that store , to the store management at HOUSE and HOME in Colonade. Please deliver my couch since I don’t owe you or I will bring the remaining set
