Very bad service

I called your customer services and I was on the phone with some lady by the name of Charmaine. I need my invoice number so I can get my washing machine fixed which I got from one of your stores on ForestHill which it’s closed. I’m being told I need to go get an affidavit at the police station in order for me to get my invoice number. What’s the point of house and home having my details but can’t help when I need an invoice number ? I literally have yo drive kms to get an affidavit then go to the nearest store to again? What kinda service are you running? Is this some sick joke you people playing on customers? This is no way to handle business.
