Very bad service

Bought a hisense fridge which is still under warranty, i have to phone everyday for these ppl to help you get your fridge fixed, every single day, hisense promised they will fix the fridge before Christmas, its not fixed, and house and home doesnt help in any way you have to phone them daily without any response, but they were very quick to sell me that fridge, seriously dont buy anything from them as soon as you have a problem then nobody cares
