Very bad service

Bought a 75 inch jvc tv in may 2019 with extended guarantee tv is not loading software had to return on my own expense just for them to tell me that i have to wait 21 days for them to repair the tv but when the R22000 was paid i was told any problems with the tv it can be exchanged emediatly i will never ever return to them and buy any electronics
