Very bad service

<p>Just over a moth ago we take our ice machine in for repairs after 3 - 4 weeks they let us know that it cant be fixed we need to come in and choice another one from whatever they have in store. So we went to our disipointment we find that no 1. The machine are not the same standered as the one we had. No 2 it R1000 to R1500 cheaper the the one we had. The problem with that is, they want us to pick one thats less the we paid for the one we had and loss the amount of R1500 to R1000 . Also its not the shame standerd. After +/- 2 weeks of fighting and phone the said we must come in and pick something for the same amount that we paid. Now after 3 days now they said we can not get what we went and pick me must pick one of the ice machines and they will not pay the price difference out and we must be happy to loss R1500 to R1000 because the replace the ice machine. Thats not how it work and we are not willing to lose our money.</p>
