Very bad service

Very bad service, Don't ever buy from them

I bought a washing machine online on 21 March 2023 until today. There was no delivery. I sent emails and made phone calls. Refund is also a struggle. It's just a nightmare dealing with them, staff is not competent, they no replying to emails, if you call you, they transfer you from one person to another. Sales personnel I was dealing with Lee Ann Bell and Noni Nkabinde are not responding to the email i sent on 6th of April 2023 today the date is 13th of April 2023
