VERY BAD SERVICE

<p>Bought a couch from House & Home on the 26th October, paid for it and I am still waiting on delivery. Their excuse is the truck is full!!! I am so totally ****ed off. I will never buy from them ever. Cost me four telephone calls today and each time received a new number to dial??? </p>
