Very bad and rude service at House & Home Brits Mall.

I bought a Pressure Cooker at House&Home Brits Mall.After using it the meat was burnt in it.I wanted my money back.They informed me they have to send it for repairs.After 3 weeks and after phoning myself to follow up I received it back.I tried it again but it was the same as the first time.I took it back and they refused to give my money back and I asked to speak to the manager.They had to phone him and I explained the situation.He then was rude and arrogant and said they can only exhange it.I refused and asked for my money back where he then ignored me and instructed the sales lady to refund me over the lou speaker.I was so releived and will never sit a foot in any H&H outlet or buy anything there ever!This was also not the first time.Very bad mannered people with no public relation skills.
