Used goods sold as new

I bought a twin tub washing machine cash when it was delivered I did not open it the same day when I opened it the machine was used even the drying drum had marks which showed that it was used before,when I called them they send me from pillar to post the supervisor asked me "is the machine working " I assume he means that is it's working I should not worry about it even though I bought a new machine ,if I wanted a used machine I was going to go to the used furniture stores, they have the audacity to tell me that they cannot find a driver to come and collect the old used machine and give me a new one he said "I cannot find the driver I tried him o his phone all day" as if that is my problem why is it that when I bought the machine they could easily find the driver in 2 hours after the transaction to come and deliver . I am so frustrated with these people taking advantage of a single woman because they know that I will not put up a fight I need the machine because I am ill had a baby in December 2018 via C- section I bought the machine with the money I got from the UIF,and cannot afford to be going up and down fighting for my money with them.
