Upset client

A week ago I went into the store to apply for credit-last sunday. I had submitted all my documents to House and Home Richards Bay. I went back to House and Home on Tuesday to get my finger prints done. I did not get any feedback unless I had called to check on my application. When I called in then only the consultants advised what was on their system. I dropped off some other documentation and got a declined today. I called in for reasons whey I got a decline as I do not understand-I have a healthy bank balance and my score is good on the system. This is the worst service I ever received from any store-I would not recommend anyone to purchase from this store! Really upset and dissapointed client!
