Unsatisfactory response and bad attitude

It's amazing how you only respond to customer complaints when they complain on a social platform! In response to your comment \we stand by our product quality and guarantee""; as they can't even explain why the fridge makes a banging sound when the compressor etc. has switched off; even after they have settled down. Both technicians who've evaluated the fridge on different occasions said they would put this in their report; but it doesn't seem so; according to your response. As a matter of fact; it even does this during load shedding; when the power has already been off for 3 hours. Please explain this. As you state; you may consider this matter closed; but I don't;and will be taking it further. Bad service is an understatement! """
