Unprofessional Servic

Worst service I have ever had. I purchased a freezer on the 10th of November to be collected at edenvale branch. To date I have not received my order. I called in 3 times in the week of the 10th. on the 17th I went to the endenval branch and they could not assist. on the 18th was told their was no stock. I requested a refund and got an email back saying sorry for the delay but their is no stock.
