Unprofessional management

<p>I did a lay buy at house and home in pavilion westville for a LG home theatre system. To my surprise after finishing all the required payment I couldn't get the goods that I lay buyed. In May I raised the issue with them after their sales lady informed me that the product is no longer available. </p> <p>I spoke to the sales manager Mr Thulani Mthethwa as well as branch manager Mr Leon Govender, they promised to source the product. However this proved to be a lie. I was forced to cancel the contract since they were offering me a second hand home theatre. I didn't receive any kind of apology. I'm very saddened by unprofessional conduct of the management of this branch</p>
