Unprofessional and poor service

The service at House and Home is the worst I have experienced from any retailer. I was promised to get my furniture delivered on a specific date and on the date I get told that they cannot deliver. They tell you that they be will delivered at a specific time and still don’t arrive during that time. I was told my fridge will be delivered Tuesday or Wednesday but that did not happen. I had to call the store to find out what is happening only to be told they can’t deliver it will be delivered in Friday. This has been the worst experience and I will not make any other purchases from the store.
