Unnecessarily stalling on settlement letter

I am having a serious issues with House & Home, they have been keeping me waiting for a settlement letter for almost a week now. This is ridiculous as I want to get the debt behind me, they do not find this urgent because they are benefiting from the interested. I am really upset about this, I cannot understand why it is taking so long.
