Unimpressed by home and home umhlanga

Im highly disappointed with the service for this store. I honestly dont expect such service from such a hige store in umhlanga for that matter. You would swear it was a tuckshop. I went on the in on the 02/12/2022 to buy a microwave.The platinum range for the R1499. 00 to my dismay i was told that they didnt have stock of products as they were a showroom but i can pay so long so that they can call me to collect. On the 08/12/2022 i was contacted to collect which i did at 12:39, when i got home i realised that it couldnt fit my buiilt in cabinet as the 30l microwave was larger than the samsung 32l which the cabinets were built for. So at 5:30pm on the 08/12/2022 i went back told them that i am not able to keep the microwave therefore i would like to be refunded as i didnt want to wait another week for another microwave with them. I was told they cant refund me cause they dont have cash. They will contact me when they do the next day 09/12/2022 which was not done. What kind of Mickey mouse operation are they running there? I did buy a microwave from a reliable outlet that actually keeps their stock instoor but it seems like i need to cry for my money.
