Unhelpfull House and Home makes my kids sleep on the floor.

<p> </p> <p>After numerous fights with House and Home furniture shop in Alberton City, I have decided to write my review on Hello Peter.</p> <p>For the first time ever in my life I had the money and means to buy brand new furniture cash. After shopping around I decided on House and Home. I was so very excited!! I went there and started picking out the furniture I needed and wanted. My excitement soon turned into a nightmare. At first it took them longer then nescesary to allocate the payment made directly from my account to theirs. I was asked twice to come back to the shop with the proof of payment. Now, I dont own a car and I live alone with my two boys. So every time I had to pay someone to take me to town. I also paid people to come and help me carry and assemble the furniture on Saterday, and then delivery did not happen as promised. I already got rid of the old furniture as they were suposed to come and I had to make room in my small flat for everything coming. That now meant that my boys were sleeping on the floor. We had no couches to sit on and no washing machine to do laundry with. After allocating the money the dellivery started becoming a problem. The furniture came in drips and drags. Upon asking were my dstv explora was they said they forgot to invoice me for it, and I must come in again and pay cash for it. I said they should leave it. Then I realized the bunk beds I bought my children did not come with matresses as the salesman said it would. I can not begin to explain how these people ****** me of the joy of buying my furniture. And even now, as I write this, I am concerned about the invoicing as well, since they did not put everything on one invoice but three seperate invoices with three seperate payments, with only the amounts written on a small peace of paper for me to use as payment reference. I did not even get a copy of these invoices and only recieved that today after enquiering about it. Now the amounts doesnt add up either. I am trying to get a hold of them to answer my questions but every time there is a new reason for the salesman or manageress not being able to talk to me. I reported this to headoffice but are still waiting for a reply or even just an appology at least. I cannot even begin to express in words excatly how Im feeling at this point.</p>
