Unhelpful

We bought a washing machine at house & home Richards Bay , it hasn't been working for the past two and half months. We called the store several times, 4 times people were sent to fix the machine and they leave without fixing the machine. I have spoken with the managers countless times yet Im still sitting with a machine that doesn't not work. Last week it was promised they will take the machine but no-one has showed up. It seems like they not willing to get it fixed or have it replaced. I now have to keep phoning to nag as to whats going on but no-one is assisting or is even bothered to ensure this issue has been resolved
