Unhappy customer

Hello I am unhappy customer who has an account with ok furniture store,I purchased a stove which gave me a problem then I take it back to the store they said the plates are faulty and they would fix them with a waiting period of 21 days,after a month I rejected the stove because the plates were loose and again for the second time same problem waited over 2 months without a stove and am making payments everymonth for a stove I am not even using,I requested for a new stove when I rejected it for the second time,I want a new stove because not the one I rejected 2 times because it was not fixed while they claimed a technician fixes it. 😠unhappy customer Charlotte
