Unhappy Customer

I am disappointed with House & Home SERVICE delivery and CUSTOMER service. I ordered online on the 7th of December a washing machine that was instock only to find out that there are still waiting for the stock after enquiring, Their online call center is pathethic , I waited for an hour for a agent to try and assist me. I sent numerous email enquiring about my machine no one has rep**** to my emails. I am frustrated with their service .no one can tell me when will my machine be delivered. I cant even book to go on holiday. I will never buy anything from them.
