Unhappy customer

House & Home online, are the most disappointing guys to purchase from, I placed an order last week Friday and paid immediately, on Tuesday this week I called them, after around 60 attempts they finally take my call, only to be told they need to verify my order details with the store. I was told I would receive a call back shortly, but didn't. I called again after 8 hours and was told that they can not do anything as they have over committed during black friday and the warehouse will only receive stock after the 15th of December. I am furious as this was a gift for my wife and I have money that left my account but the store can not uphold their side. I would like to receive my order during the course of this week and no later.
