Unhappy customer

Bad experience ever.i bought TV Samsung 65 inch on the 01 june 2025 westgate branch cash R9000 .i called in when i arrived home because TV it was not showing pictures and i noticed that there was a crack there and when the salesman put it back inside the box he used force then i thought because he is doing this job my TV is safe .i called in the rude manager veni pick up the phone says there is nothing she can do i must buy new TV.my night mare started i sent email to customer service Charmaine After 8 days doing some follow up i called her she gave wrong email to resend my Query not knowing that the store received my Query with the first email she gave me .i was angry because she make me stupid.i asked to speak to regional manager they refused CEO they refused .********s.
