Unhappy customer

I have never been so ****ed off in my retail experience life....I went to House and Home Kolonnade to purchase furniture on Saturday 25/08/2018

I was promptly assisted,and went to the cashiers to pay,I got a lady there ready to assist me with a huge smile(Anelly ) but as we were busy with the transaction,the shop landline rang,and she didn't answer saying its an instore call,then suddenly a tall white old guy came from nowhere,turning up the volume of the ringing phone,disturbing us paying,I couldn't hear the cashier anymore,as now this phone was soooo loud,I asked her who he was beacause the manager must be informed of this rudeness,to my surprise the cashier said that he(the guy that just raised the volume of the ringing phone) is the store manager,I felt so broken as to how a store manager would act so ugly infront of paying customers,a part of me felt like he did it because im black and he has no respect for black people,I decided not to buy anymore,as clearly House and home Kolonnade doesn't need my money,nor from my friends and family,I feel bad as now I have so many accounts with them and this guy didnt care, poor ****** manager....regreted even walking in that store ....never again will I even go in a House and home store in my life......unhappy paying customers
