Unhappy customer

I had a lay bye which i canceled there.... When i did the laybye the sales person was very friendly and everything. But when i went there to cancel it it was a long story as they were telling me that i have to bring back every receipt of the payments that i did but when i was paying the laybye without the receipts o ly with my id number they were very happy to help me but when i want my money i have to bring everything. I gave them the contract of the laybye still they did not assist me. I finally got the receipt that they wanted but still they failed to help me with my money saying that they don't have the 3000 rand at that moment so they will give me a call.... Its been 3 days now they haven't called me yet. I went there again they said they don't have the money yet.. I don't know what to do now. I need my cash. Please i need help. Those people'service is really not nice. They only help when they want to make a sale. I also spoke to the manager on the phone she said that today which is Saturday they will have that kind of money but when i get there its story after story. Im really nkt impressed by their services.
