Unhappy Client

I bought a stove from house and home, Defy stove to be exact, June 2016. The stove has been nothing but a pain to me and it has been giving me endless problems. As it is the stove is not working, have made numerous calls to House and Home, and till date no technicians has been sent to fix it, as promised. The very same stove has been "repaired" two times before since the time of purchase. Broken three times already, all i want now is for House and Home to honor their promise and sent someone to look at the nonsense they sold to me, in fact i want a new stove now!!!!!!!!
