Unfortunate Experience

I'm so disappointed about their customer service,. I purchased couches from them and I paid cash plus delivery, was given a day to deliver, till now they have been changing days. What I have noticed is that they are not honest and loyal to their customers, their language does not synchronize to each other, was told the couches are in the store awaiting to be delivered, today , the couches are not at the store , they awaiting for them to come. I have a good mind to cancel my purchasing order and go to next door.
