Unbelievably shocking poor service

<p>Me and my wife bought a washing mashing at House and home festival mall on monday the 6th of March we both work so we asked if they can deliver on Friday? The sales lady(she was wonderful by the way) said yes that's fine. Today the 10th of March at 15:17 we are still waiting as they aren't sure what time they will deliver. I understand however it is very unprofessional of them not to mention such before as I have lots of activities to honour. I will use Game as they have been very reliable. House and home your service at festival mall is appalling </p>
