Unacceptable Service from House & Home Meadowdale Mall Germiston

Purchased a lounge sweet of R29,000. The indicial Sales Service was excellent but the After Sales service was pathetic. Lounge was derived as promised, but there were some problems, the 3 seater recliner did not work. The next day, Saturday, I informed the Sales person and later also spoke to the Manageress and was promised that they can only send somebody after 17:00. (Saturday 27 April was a holiday) The person never arrived. I confronted the Manageress the next day and she denied the arrangement. I expect better service after spending R29k at your store. I will never shop there again and will defiantly not recommend House & home.
