Tuchshop tendencies-they don't have money in the branch to refund me.

It's evident when dealing with a tuck shop like House and home.. Waiting since the 7th for the refund.. And gues what they say they waiting for a customer to buy from then with cash OMG. Disgusting worst service in my life.
