Threats from the employee at sheriff's office

I bought a lounge suite at House and Home in Witbank. Because of financial problems, I ended up going for Debt Counselling. The Debt Counselling wasnt helping so I cancelled it and decided to pay on my own. I made the first payment after cancelling the Debt Counselling, and the next month , my account was handed over to the Sheriffs in Secunda, without talking to me to make payment arrangments. I made payment this month on the 7th October.<br> Today a woman romm the Sheriff's office *** a lady whom I asked for her name and she rudely told me her name is not important). She told me she is not interested in my stories, either I pay R3000 per month or they take the lounge suite, I told her I can afford R1500, she said she is not willing to listen to my plea for help. Either I pay R15000 to her or she takes the lounge suite. They want the lounge suite, i will get it back when i have paid. my question is, should I be treated like a ******** even when I am trying by all means to bring the arrears up to date? I asked for payment arrangement by debit order, she said its not her problem. I am willing to pay what is due to House and Home. Can somebody please assist me on my case? Im hur
