threat

my account is currently in arrears and i do understand that i have to make a payment of which i did on the 26-10-2020 now im getting threatening sms from their collections department saying that they will come repo my goods. ive made an installment payment and i cant afford to pay the arrears amount during this lock down. Im very disappointed by the service from the collections department. Forcing me to make a 100% payment because they have to get commission. I can only pay what i can afford
