I purchased a washing machine and pot set online more than three weeks ago. I tried contacting the business through multiple channels (phoning, Facebook, their website) and was met with empty promises each time. Apparently the stock that was ordered from the warehouse was sold by the store I chose to collect the items from. Then the next time I received feedback the stock would have arrived today (for which I was promised feedback if not). This was a big purchase from a store I felt could be trusted. Thoroughly disappointed.
