They sold me rotten chicken and when I returned it, the lady said the meat is not from Checkers and we had to confirm by walking to the fridge and after confirming she did not even apologise nor remove the rest of the meat from the fridge. I had bought meat for more than a thousand rand and as twe cooked other trays of the chicken, the chicken has a bad smell. Their fridge is probably not serviced but the lady at customer service needs to know how to respond to customer queries.
