Their services sucks I still don't have the fridge and my money

I bought a fridge in the gate way branch and i payed for it till today I don't have it and I even payed for delivery their services sucks , when I went in today to ask about my fridge because am leaving on the 23rd I was told to ask the manager for a favour to move me on the list they absolutely don't care about customers the only thing they care about it people's money
