The Worst Service

House & Home Festival Mall has the worst service ever, firstly I was promised to have bed within 7 days after the payment was reflecting then I was told that the bed was given to other people I must wait for approximately 15 days to a month and then I got a call again confirming that they have received stock and when can they deliver and we agreed about Tuesday 09/06/2020 and I took a day off from work but I still have not received the bed and I did a follow up to the sales Palesa and she said someone will call me. It is after 11 am and still I have not received any call, in this cold I slept on the floor cause I moved the old bed since I was promised delivery.

I know that House & Home is part of Shoprite and since they are not acclaimed here that's why I am sending to Shoprite
