The worst experience in my life

Please be aware that this business is the worst i bought a air-cooler from them 15 January 2023 and returned it on 28 January 2023 it didn't work proper and the refused a refund and stated they wil fix it and let me know its15 February 2023 and still no update on my cooler every time i call they dont know who i am and when i explain then they say oky ill get more info and let you know still nothing and its R2699 that is a lot of money to spend on a item that is not working nor with me this is the service we are expected to accept
