The Service of House and Home Pavillion

I bought a lounge suite, a three seater and they have fixed it three times but it is still broken, the 2 seater has had the stitching on the backrest rip. We have been waiting since December for them to sort it out but they still haven't. Last week Saturday the (3rd of Feb) we went to log a complaint again and they said they would fix it but a week has passed by and they still haven't.
