The service at this store is appalling.

We bought a couch that was too big and we wanted to return it for something smaller an arrangement was made at the store for the one that was delivered at the house to get picked up and return back to the store, the arrangement was made on Wednesday for the couch to be collected, it's now Sunday and the couch hasn't been collected instead it's pillar to post, and one excuse after the other. The instore service is great however everything that comes after that is just appalling.
